Disclaimer
Last updated: 14 October 2026
This Disclaimer applies to jkedusphere.online and jkedusphere.com (together, "JKEdusphere", "we", "us"). By using our websites you accept the points below.
1. We are independent
JKEdusphere is an independent educational platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to JKSSB, JKPSC, JKBOSE, NTA, UPSC, SSC, IBPS, J&K Bank, the Government of India, the Government of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, or any other recruiting authority, university or government department. Names of exams and organisations are used only to identify them.
2. Verify before you act
We summarise notifications, dates, eligibility rules, fees and results from official sources and try to keep them accurate and up to date. Notices can be changed, extended or withdrawn at any time. Always confirm every important detail on the official website or in the official notification before you apply, pay a fee or travel to an exam. We are not responsible for any loss caused by relying only on our summaries.
3. Our own analysis is unofficial
Tentative answer keys, expected cut-offs, result analysis, predictions and research reports published by JKEdusphere are our own work. They are provided to help you understand trends, are not official, and can differ from the official final key, cut-off or result. Reports are based on publicly available information and reflect our interpretation of it.
4. No guarantee of selection
Our notes, tutorials, mock tests, courses and other material are meant to support your preparation. We do not guarantee any exam result, rank, selection or job. Your outcome depends on your effort, the exam and many factors outside our control.
5. Beware of fraud
JKEdusphere never charges money for a job, selection, interview or rank, and never asks for your bank details, OTP or passwords. Recruitment through official bodies is free of such payments, apart from the official application fee paid on the official portal. If someone asks you for money in our name, do not pay and report it to contact.jkedusphere@gmail.com.
6. External links
Our pages link to official websites and other third-party sites for your convenience. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
7. Paid products
Some material on jkedusphere.com, such as notes and mock test series, is paid and is sold by us directly. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Product descriptions, prices and terms are shown at the time of purchase. Digital products are for the buyer's personal use and must not be copied, shared or resold.
8. Advertising and affiliate content
We may show advertisements, including ads served by Google AdSense or similar networks, and we may link to third-party products. We do not endorse advertised products, and ads never decide what we write. If a post contains a sponsored or affiliate link, we will say so.
9. Copyright
Original text, notes, questions, designs and reports on JKEdusphere are our property unless stated otherwise. Please do not copy or republish them without written permission. Official notifications, logos and documents belong to their respective owners. If you believe any content infringes your rights, write to us with the page link and details and we will review it promptly.
10. Community and user content
Opinions shared by users in comments, groups or messages are their own and do not represent JKEdusphere. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or unlawful.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, JKEdusphere and its owners are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, missed deadline, rejected application or other damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, our websites or material.
