This Privacy Policy explains how JKEdusphere ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information on jkedusphere.online and jkedusphere.com. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Community and sign-up forms: your name, email address, WhatsApp number and the exam you are preparing for.
Purchases on jkedusphere.com: the email or phone number you enter at checkout, the product bought, the amount and your Razorpay payment ID. Payments are handled by Razorpay, so we do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
Messages: anything you send us by email, Telegram, WhatsApp or other channels.

Information collected automatically

Your IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, pages visited, time spent and the website that referred you.
This is collected through our hosting provider and analytics tools, using cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

To deliver the products and downloads you buy and to give payment support.
To send exam alerts, updates and study material to people who asked for them.
To reply to your messages and fix problems.
To understand which content is useful and to improve our websites.
To keep our websites secure and prevent misuse or fraud.
To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

Razorpay for payment processing.
Google for analytics, fonts, spreadsheets and scripts that store form and order records, and advertising if enabled.
Cloudflare for hosting, security and performance.
Telegram and WhatsApp if you contact us or join our channels there, under their own policies.

We may also disclose information when required by law, a court order or a government authority, or to protect our rights and users. Some of these providers may process data on servers outside India.

5. Advertising

We may show ads served by Google AdSense or other networks. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your earlier visits to our site and other sites. Google's use of advertising cookies allows it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our sites and other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings or at aboutads.info.

Our pages link to official websites, social media and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. Payment and order records are kept for tax and accounting. You can ask us to delete your sign-up details at any time.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, such as encrypted connections and restricted admin access, to protect your information. No online service can be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Many aspirants are students, and some are under 18. If you are under 18, please use our websites and give us your details only with the consent of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 without that consent. If you believe a child has given us data without it, write to us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of our websites means you accept the changes.
