- RDSS smart-meter target 14.07 lakh; 5.25 lakh installed (14 January 2026). PMDP meters: 6.46 lakh of 6.86 lakh.
- Power is the biggest revenue growth item (taxes on power Rs 4,908 crore in 2024-25).
- Ladakh: large solar potential and the Puga geothermal field.
